Jake's Curbside Appeal was founded in 2017 on a simple belief: that every lawn deserves the same level of professional care given to the finest golf courses in the country. Jake spent 13 years in the turf and landscape industry, building a deep foundation in soil health, plant nutrition, and Integrated Pest Management — then took that expertise into 17 years in the golf course industry, where he refined it at the highest level of professional turf management before bringing it all to the neighborhoods of Washtenaw County.
After years of applying that expertise to championship-level turf, Jake turned his attention to residential and commercial lawns in Washtenaw County — bringing professional-grade programs and eco-friendly practices to everyday homeowners who deserved better than cookie-cutter lawn care.
